Home Ministry transfers CDOs in six districts

The ministry has reshuffled the CDOs of Banke, Rautahat, Sankhuwasabha, Khotang, Okhaldhunga, and Nuwakot.

KATHMANDU, March 6: The Ministry of Home Affairs has reshuffled the Chief District Officers (CDOs) of six districts. The ministry has reshuffled the CDOs of Banke, Rautahat, Sankhuwasabha, Khotang, Okhaldhunga, and Nuwakot.


As per the decision taken by Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak on Thursday, Joint Secretary Dharma Raj Joshi has been appointed as the CDO of Banke.

Joint Secretary Binod Kumar Khadka has been assigned to Rautahat followed by Shashidhar Ghimire to Nuwakot; Divya Raj Pokhrel to Sankhuwasabha; Narhari Ghimire to Khotang and Bijay Raj Subedi to Okhaldhunga.


Nuwakot CDO Ram Krishna Adhikari has been transferred to the Ministry. Khadka was previously the CDO of Sankhuwasabha.
