HBL, KFA join hands for 'Bancassurance'

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) and Kathmandu Frontiers Associates (KFA) have entered into an agreement for managing HBL's 'Bancassurance Department' on Direct Sales Agency Model.

Ashok SJB Rana, CEO of Himalayan Bank, and Resta Jha, Executive Chairman of KFA, signed the agreement amid a function on Sunday, according to a statement.

"The bank will be providing arrays of life and non-life insurance products to its valued existing and new customers through this arrangement," the statement added.
