NC General Secretary Sitaula claimed the protest called by opponent parties would be against autocracy and added that his party NC would move ahead by respecting the democratic norms and values.

NC leader Sitaula said the NC has been preparing for the election but it would not participate in the elections declared by the current government. The NC would only participate in the elections declared by the national consensus government.

Responding to a query from the media persons, he said the NC including opposition parties would organize a stern protest and it would bring the government to size.
