KATHMANDU, Dec 1: Attorneys from the District Government Attorney Office (DGAO), Kathmandu, started recording the statement of Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) for the second day on Sunday. The government attorneys began recording the statement of Lamichhane on Friday.
On November 28, Lamichhane was brought from Pokhara to Kathmandu to investigate his alleged involvement in the Swarnalaxmi Multipurpose Cooperative fraud case.

Another accused Chhabilal Joshi has already been sent to Pokhara after completing his statement. Lamichhane was arrested from Kathmandu on October 18.
