Gold price rises by Rs 1,600 per tola

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the gold price has been fixed at Rs 168,500 per tola, marking an increase from Rs 166,900 per tola on Wednesday.

KATHMANDU, Feb 5: The price of gold has surged by Rs 1,600 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the gold price has been fixed at Rs 168,500 per tola, marking an increase from Rs 166,900 per tola on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 5 per tola. Silver is currently being traded at Rs 1,980 per tola, up from Rs 1,975 per tola Wednesday.
