UDAYAPUR, May 26: Transport services will be halted for six months along the Gaighat-Diktel road section to uninstall a Bailey bridge put over the Sun Koshi River.

The bridge was installed over the river in between Foksingtar of Udayapur and Lichkiramche of Khotang six months ago. According to Gaighat-Diktel Road Office, the bridge will be removed after rising water levels in the river. RSS
