Former Indian Army Chiefs return home

Former Chiefs of the Indian Army, who visited Nepal at the invitation of the Nepal Army to attend the Maha Shivaratri celebrations and the 262nd Army Day anniversary, have returned home.

KATHMANDU, Mar 1: Former Chiefs of the Indian Army, who visited Nepal at the invitation of the Nepal Army to attend the Maha Shivaratri celebrations and the 262nd Army Day anniversary, have returned home.


According to the Nepal Army, the honorary Generals of the Nepal Army and former chiefs of the Indian Army, who arrived in Nepal on February 25, have returned after completing their engagements. General (Dr.) Manoj Mukund Naravane (Retd.) and General Manoj Pande (Retd.) returned on February 27.

Similarly, General Joginder Jaswant Singh (Retd.), General Deepak Kapoor (Retd.), General (Dr.) Vijay Kumar Singh (Retd.), and General Dalbir Singh Suhag (Retd.) returned home today.


During their visit, the delegation attended the Army Day celebrations and toured various historical, religious, and tourist sites.
