The Ministry had carried out the projects of lessening the load shedding within three years with a slogan of Bright Nepal: Prosperous Nepal. However, the economic survey of the government reads that the constructing projects did not get success as per the plan and expectation.

The Investment Board has also approved to call international donors for the construction of the project.
