KATHMANDU, Nov 22: Dr Tosima Karki of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is leading in the vote count for the House of Representatives (HoR) election in Lalitpur Constituency-3.

She has garnered 5,123 votes, followed by UML candidate Amrit Khadka with 3,959 votes. Meanwhile, Maoist Centre candidate Pampha Bhusal is a distant third with 2,293 votes.
