GANDAKI, April 28: Associate Professor Dr Ajay Thapa was appointed the registrar of Pokhara University (PU) on Sunday.
The Prime Minister and Chancellor of Pokhara University appointed Thapa as the Registrar of PU for four years at the recommendation of the PU Vice Chancellor.

An experienced official on university administration, academic coordination and policy formation, Thapa has also served as the Dean of School of Social Sciences in the same university in the past.
