KATHMANDU, Sept 29: CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bhim Rawal said that structural methods are being searched to implement the 10 point agreement to resolve the internal issues of the party. Stating that the agreement has been implemented in many areas, Rawal said that the party is looking for structural methods.
At the standing committee meeting of the UML held on Monday, Bhim Rawal was made the coordinator to implement the 10 point agreement and to resolve the issues that may surge during the process of the party’s statute convention and the nomination of central members.

Rawal said that everything will fall into place now. “We have discussed implementing the 10-point agreement and the party’s upcoming convention. For that, we will look for structural methods,” Rawal said. “We will make arrangements to resolve the issues that emerge while implementing the agreement,” he added.
He was given the responsibility of resolving the issues by the party’s standing committee after Rawal expressed his dissatisfaction over the issues that emerged while implementing the 10 point agreement in the Sudurpaschim Province.
Shankar Pokhrel, Surendra Pandey and Lekhraj Bhatta are the members of the UML’s standing committee. Likewise, General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel, Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Poudel, Ghanshyam Bhusal are members of the task force. The meeting on Tuesday decided to make policies for the implementation of the 10-point agreement.
