BIRGUNJ, Aug 2: One more person has died of COVID-19 in Birgunj Metropolitan City.
A 68-year-old woman from Nagawa area of the metropolitan city breathed her last while undergoing treatment at the Narayani Sub-regional Hospital on Saturday, according to Dr Niraj Singh.

She was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday after she complained of fever and pneumonia.
Her swab sample was collected and sent for testing which came out positive on Saturday night.
Earlier yesterday, a 50-year-old woman succumbed to the coronavirus infection in the city.
