KATHMANDU, July 25: The Nepal Citizenship (First Amendment) Bill 2079 BS has been tabled in the meeting of the National Assembly today.
In the first meeting of the National Assembly held on Monday, Secretary of the National Assembly, Rajendra Phuyal tabled the Nepal Citizenship (First Amendment) Bill 2079 BS received from the House of Representatives with a message.

Similarly, he forwarded the message of the House of Representatives regarding the Nepal Engineering Council (First Amendment) Bill 2076 BS and Senior Citizens (First Amendment) Bill 2075 BS to the National Assembly.
In the same meeting, Water Supply Minister Umakant Chaudhary submitted a request that the ‘Water Supply and Sanitation Bill 2076 BS’ should be sent to the Legislation Management Committee for discussion.
