SARLAHI, Nov 24: Chure Bhawar Rastriya Ekta Party (CBREP) cadres attacked United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) cadres staging sit-in along East-West highway in Sarlahi on Tuesday.
A large number of security forces had been deployed in the region after getting a tip-off of the clash. However, CBREP cadres pelted stones at UDMF cadres duping the police personnel.

The UDMF cadres have been dispersed after the incident. The police had to baton charge CBREP cadres to avoid any untoward incidents.
Few CBREP cadres are reported to be injured in the incident.
