KATHMANDU, July 18: Most of the Constituent Assembly members have reached their respective constituencies as per the schedule in order to garner people's feedback on the draft constitution.

The Constituent Assembly Secretariat has taken the first draft of the constitution 2015 to all constituencies.

The Home Ministry has managed helicopters to ferry the CA members and the drafts of the constitution to the remote areas, while bus shuttle is for the areas nearby.

Two days – July 20 and 21- are allocated for the collection of people's feedback across the country. Respective Chief District Officers are to coordinate the program. The preparations for the program are made by the staffs of the CA secretariat too.

However, the Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal and some Madhes-centric parties have said they would not attend the feedback collection programs.

Assistant Spokesperson at CA Secretariat, Sudarshan Kuinkel, said arrangements were made for the programs to garner people's feedback on the draft constitution.

He added if any constituency has not received the constitution drafts, it can also make do with the draft published in the Gorkhapatra daily.

One can even suggest on the constitution via telephone and emails, added Kuinkel. RSS
