CA member Ramesh Rijal, who is chairperson of the CA committee, presented the preliminary draft for deliberations in the meeting.
The committee is fifth of the 11 thematic CA committees that prepared the draft. Deliberations on the drafts prepared by other four committees concluded earlier. Other six committees are yet to prepare the drafts.
