SURKHET, April 19: A grenade was found on the hotel premises of Shubha Hotel based in Birendranagar on Wednesday.

According to district police office, a grenade and five rounds of bullets were found on premises of the hotel near China Bridge. A bomb disposal team deployed from the Mid-Western Division of the Nepal Army has disposed the grenade.
The grenade and bullets were rusty. We are investigating who placed the bomb and for what purpose, said Mohan Kumar Acharya, chief of district police office, Surkhet.
