SAPTARI, June 8: The body of diver Suraj Saud, who had gone missing during a rescue mission, has been recovered near Gate No. 55 of the Koshi Barrage.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shailendra Thapa, who also serves as the assistant spokesperson, the recovery was made by a team of experienced divers led by DSP Purushottam Bhandari, who had arrived from Kurintar.
