Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), on the other hand, has appealed all the political parties to find a smooth way out of the present political deadlock.
It has also asked the Maoist not to launch strike, especially in the present economic gloom wherein exports have gone down and industries are folding up due to fluid security situation and political instability.
Both FNCCI and CNI have drawn the political parties´ attention to dismal scenario of country´s industries and businesses. They have also raised concerns over possible adverse impact the strike could have on economy, already suffering from huge balance of payment deficit.
“Repeated banda, transportation strike, power shortage, liquidity crunch and labor problems have already rendered our industries sick.
They will not be able to bear yet another attack,” CNI has said, urging the party not to launch strike.
