KATHMANDU, Sept 3: A Facebook post by Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balen, which included a photo of UML Lumbini Province Assembly Member Rekha Sharma, has been removed due to a violation of Facebook's Community Guidelines.

Mayor Balen’s Private Secretary, Bhupadev Shah, confirmed the removal, stating, "The post, which featured a photo of Assembly Member Sharma, was taken down after it was flagged under Facebook's community guidelines. Facebook is currently reviewing the situation, and we are hopeful that the post will be restored."
