KATHMANDU, Feb 12: Anuradha Koirala, governor of Province 3 administered the Oath of Office and Secrecy to Dormani Paudel, Chief Minister of the province.
Acting on a letter submitted by the left alliance, Koirala had appointed Paudel as the CM as per sub-article 1 of Article 168 of the constitution.

The swearing in ceremony was held at the Office of Provincial Governor at Hetauda at 9:30 AM.
