All schools reopen in Mahottari from today

GAUSHALA, Nov. 24: All academic institutions have resumed regular classes from Tuesday for the first time after the ongoing agitation in Mahottari district. The schools remained close for 100 days due to the agitations of the protesting Madhes-centric political parties.

But, the schools would run classes only in the morning time after the agitating Unified Democratic Madhesi Front decided to let schools reopen up-to 11 am.


Thousands of students were seen heading to their schools early this morning in the district headquarters, Jaleshwor, and other areas. RSS
