KATHMANDU, Aug 12: AirHelp has rated Qatar Airways as number one airline company in the world based on quality, service, punctuality and resolving customer complaints.
Issuing a statement, the airline said that it has topped global ranking of international airlines for providing travelers with the highest quality and service, on time performance and customers claim processing.
AirHelp is a consumer rights organization.
Qatar Airways was awarded 10 out of 10 in the quality and service category, according to the statement.
"Its a great honor for Qatar Airways to be awarded first place in this survey of 50 global airlines," Vice-president of Customer Experience Qatar Airways Rossen Dimitrov said in the statement.
