KATHMANDU, March 31: A young man's body has been found buried in Makalbari, Gokarneshwor in Kathmandu.
The body of 19-year-old Rahul Shah, originally from Chakraghatta, Sarlahi, and currently residing in Gokarneshwor -5, Bahundhara, Kathmandu, was found buried underground on March 28.

He had been missing since March 24. Police had started acting after receiving information about his disappearance at the Bouddha Police Station.
According to the Kathmandu Police Office, his body was discovered buried behind the RK Motorcycle Workshop in Makalbari, Gokarneshwor -8 during the search.
Six individuals including one Indian national have been arrested in connection with the murder. The arrested individuals include Nipu Mandal,22, originally from Chakraghatta-1, Sarlahi, and currently residing in Gokarneshwor -5, Bahundhara, Kathmandu; Bijay Yadav,18, residing in Gokarneshwor -6; Karan Kumar Mahato,18; Jodhan Mandal,23, residing in Gokarneshwar-5; Uttam Mandal,45, and 29-year-old Sunil Sharma,29, originally from Bihar, India, and currently residing in Gokarneshwor -7, Kathmandu.
During the initial investigation, it was revealed that the suspects killed the young man over a financial dispute. The Kathmandu District Court has extended the remand of the arrested for an additional five days for further investigation, police added.
