KATHMANDU, March 13: Police have arrested 12 people in Kathmandu on charges of unwanted activities during the celebrations of Holi.
According to the Kathmandu Police Range, among those arrested, two are women from Paknajol in Kathmandu. The individuals were arrested for engaging in unwanted activities, including throwing water balloons and splashing colors against the wishes of others.

Police also arrested three individuals from New Road Gate, four from Koteshwor Chowk, two from the western gate of Singh Durbar, and one from Boudha.
According to police, a decision will be made on whether to file charges or release them based on the nature of the offenses.
