Kathmandu, Nov 2: Nepal Communist Party UML leader Surya Thapa expressed anger at Kathmandu mayor Balen Shah.
Thapa posted a screenshot of Balen’s social media post and criticized it. He said anyone who makes a marijuana user the capital’s mayor, accepts that, or fails to punish them is a criminal and a traitor.

On Saturday night, Balen posted a status that named two neighboring countries, China and India, and major political parties in the US and Nepal, and used obscene language. He has since removed the post from social media.
