ILAM Mar 29: The police have arrested two persons in connection with torching a Ncell tower at Sajejung in Ilam Municipality-1, Ilam.
The arrestees have been identified as Bishal Rai and Bimal Rai. Bishal is district chairperson of an outfit called Kirat Mukti Morcha. Further investigations were on, said the police.
The tower was torched at around 3am today morning, damaging a generator, wires and other equipments. RSS
