KATHMANDU, Jan 31: The winter session of the Federal Parliament has bugun. The winter session is also referred to as the legislative session. According to the agenda of the first day of the winter session, the parliament is being addressed by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and top leaders of political parties.
