In separate meetings with Dahal and Gachchhadar this moring, Tharu lawmakers warned them not to include Kailali district in the Far-west region and urged them not to back away from their stance, said Tharuhat Tarai Party lawmaker Gopal Dahit.
In reply, Dahal assured them that he would never retreat from his stance and told them that efforts to forge consensus among the four parties is underway. He further said that everyone would have to sacrifice a bit from their side but assured them that no compromise would be made curtailing the people's rights. .
During the meeting with Gachchhadar, the lawmakers urged him to go with them leaving the political alliance of the four parties, assuring him their support.
In reply, Gachchhadar told them that the consensus efforts among the parties are underway to build constitution that would benefit the all.
