RTI conference

KATHMANDU, March 27: The first national conference on Right to Information (RTI) is to organize on March 28 and 29 in the capital.



President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav is scheduled to inaugurate the conference. [break]



As high as 150 experts, high officials and others from the SAARC region will participate in the conference, said chairman of the organizing institution, Freedom Forum, Taranath Dahal.



A total of three dozen working papers will be tabled on different issues, said the organizer.



The conference will also issue Kathmandu Declaration to effectively implement the RTI.
