KATHMANDU,Nov 21: Rastriya Swatantra Party ( RSP) candidate Shishir Khanal is leading in the vote count for the House of Representatives in Kathmandu Constituency No. 6.
He has received 4088 votes so far while his closest rival Sarbendra Khanal of the CPN-UML has got 2608 votes.
Nepali Congress candidate Bhimsendas Pradhan, who is in third place, has received 2371 votes.
