BIRGUNJ, April 7: A prisoner undergoing treatment at the Narayani Sub-regional Hospital, Birgunj has escaped from the hospital.
Binod Giri of Biratnagar was serving a jail sentence for rape and murder.
He was undergoing treatment for asthma when he tricked the police personnel and ran away.
Police have launched a manhunt for him.
