Preliminary hearing on the case against PM Dahal scheduled for today

KATHMANDU, March 9: The preliminary hearing on the case against Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is taking place today.

PM Dahal, while speaking at a public function in Kathmandu on January 15, 2020, had said that he would take the responsibility for the 5,000 people who were killed by CPN (Maoist) during the conflict.

On March 7, 26 people, including Gyanendraraj Aran and Kalyan Budhathoki, registered two writ petitions considering the SC’s order.
