NEW DELHI, Feb 20: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli – currently on a state visit to India – laid wreath on the Mahatma Gandhi's memorial at Rajghat Saturday morning.
It is customary for the foreign heads of state or government on an official state visit to India to lay wreath at Gandhi's memorial. The memorial was built in honour of Mahatma Gandhi, who had spearheaded the uprising against the British Raj for India's independence half a century ago. RSS
