KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Yeti Development Bank Ltd has appointed NCM Merchant Banking Ltd as the issue manager for its upcoming rights issue.
Issuing a statement, the development bank said that its acting CEO Sagar Sharma signed an agreement with NCM Merchant Banking Ltd's Managing Director Bijay Lal Shrestha in this regard.
The development bank is floating 2:1 rights issue for its shareholders.
