KATHMANDU, June 10: Ncell Business has announced that its Integrated Data Centre (IDC) in Nakkhu, Lalitpur has received the ANSI/TIA-942-C Rated 3 (Tier III) Design & Constructed Facility Certification.
According to a press release issued by Ncell, the certification recognizes the facility’s high standards of reliability, security, and uptime, making it capable of supporting mission-critical services with an estimated 99.982% availability through redundant systems.

The assessment was conducted by Data Center Media LLP, an authorized certification body under the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).
Ncell CEO Michael Foley said the certification marks a milestone for both the company and Nepal, adding that it strengthens confidence in locally hosted digital infrastructure for businesses and institutions.
The company said the data centre complies with international standards including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, supporting secure, reliable, and efficient digital services.
