Mekh Bahadur Tamang, 40, of Ghorlikharka VDC-7, died when the tractor (Ko 1 Ta 951) heading to Leguwa Bazaar from Pakhribas met with an accident at Ghorlikharka VDC-6 due to brake failure, police said.
