KATHMANDU, Feb 3: The Metropolitan Police Crime Division has arrested gangster Raju Gorkhali from New Baneshwor. Gorkhali was arrested after a complaint was lodged against him from businessmen working in Kathmandu Mall, according to SSP Dhiraj Pratap Singh, chief of the Division.
Singh said that Gorkhali was threatening the businessmen and was extorting higher rents. Gorkhali was working as a contractor to rent stores in the Kathmandu Mall.
