FDF seeks NC presence in talks with govt

Kathmandu, Oct 28: Agitating Federal Democratic Front has demanded the participation of the largest party Nepali Congress in its talks with the government.

In a response to the government letter for the talks, the Front insisted on the presence of the Congress to make what it argued the talks meaningful.


A two-third majority is needed for carrying out amendments to the constitution which is related to our demands, said Raj Kishore Yadav, Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Republic, one of the members in the Front. RSS
