KATHMANDU, Oct 9: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology of the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has issued a special bulletin indicating the likelihood of rain in various parts of the country during the upcoming Dashain festival. The forecast covers key festival days, including Saptami (October 10), Ashtami/Nawami (October 11), and Dashami (October 12).
