According to the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), this is the highest number of foreign tourists recorded in any September to date. KATHMANDU, Oct 3:  The long-awaited tripartite power trade deal between Nepal, Bangladesh and India has finally materialized, paving the way for Nepal to export hydroelectricity to Bangladesh via India. With the agreement in force, Nepal will export 40 megawatts of power to Bangladesh in the rainy season.

POKHARA, Oct 3: The flight schedules of nine airports, including the Pokhara Regional International Airport (PRIA), have been fixed earlier by approximately one and a half hours. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has decided to start flights from these airports at 4:30 am due to an increase in air passengers caused by road blockades due to rainfall and landslides.
