Bikram Rawat

The author is a former engineer of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA). He received his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur and M.Sc. in Construction Management from Nepal Engineering College- Centre for Post graduate studies.
