Vitamin ‘A’, deworming tablets being administered to children between six to 59 months of age

KATHMANDU, Oct 20: Health assistants are administering vitamin ‘A’ and deworming tablets to children. The campaign aimed at children aged 6 to 59 months began yesterday and will conclude today.

The Ministry of Health and Population has requested everyone to give Vitamin A and deworming tablets to their children through health assistants.

Vitamin 'A' capsules have been given since 1993 and deworming tablets since 2001.
