We can not sit for talks with pre-conditions: Gajurel

PANCHTHAR, July 18: Vice-chairman of the CPN-Maoist, CP Gajurel, has said his party could not go for talks regarding the High Level Political Committee´s (HLPC) letter for talks with conditions to join the election process.

The HLPC had formally called the CPN-Maoist and other poll-opposing parties for talks after they demanded formal call from the HLPC for talks.[break]

Speaking at a press meet organized by the CPN-Maoist District Committee, Panchthar, at Phidim, Gajurel said his party would not step back from Constituent Assembly, adding that the roundtable conference was the best alternative for a way-out to the nation from the current political crisis.
