US Dollar depreciates slightly

KATHMANDU, Feb 25: The Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the exchange rates for foreign currencies today. According to the newly set rates, the value of the US dollar has slightly depreciated. The buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 138.42, and the selling rate is Rs 139.02. The buying rate for one euro is Rs 144.92, and the selling rate is Rs 145.55.

The British Pound Sterling has a buying rate of Rs 174.98 and a selling rate of Rs 175.74. The Swiss Franc is set at a buying rate of Rs 153.89 and a selling rate of Rs 154.56. The Australian Dollar has a buying rate of Rs 88.13 and a selling rate of Rs 88.51. The Canadian dollar is set at a buying rate of Rs 97.36 and a selling rate of Rs 97.78. The Singapore dollar is priced at Rs 103.48 for buying and Rs 103.93 for selling.

The Japanese yen is set at a buying rate of Rs 9.25 per 10 yen and a selling rate of Rs 9.29. The Chinese yuan has a buying rate of Rs 19.09 and a selling rate of Rs 19.17. The Saudi Arabian riyal is priced at Rs 36.91 for buying and Rs 37.07 for selling. The Qatari riyal is set at Rs 37.98 for buying and Rs 38.14 for selling.

The Thai Baht has a buying rate of Rs 4.13 and a selling rate of Rs 4.15. The UAE dirham is priced at Rs 37.69 for buying and Rs 37.85 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit has a buying rate of Rs 31.38 and a selling rate of Rs 31.52.

The South Korean won is set at Rs 9.70 per 100 won for buying and Rs 9.74 for selling. The Swedish Krona is priced at Rs 13.01 for buying and Rs 13.06 for selling. The Danish Krone is set at Rs 19.43 for buying and Rs 19.51 for selling.

The Hong Kong dollar has a buying rate of Rs 17.81 and a selling rate of Rs 17.88. The Kuwaiti dinar is priced at Rs 448.67 for buying and Rs 450.62 for selling. The Bahraini dinar is set at Rs 367.27 for buying and Rs 368.86 for selling. The Omani rial has a buying rate of Rs 359.54 and a selling rate of Rs 361.10.

Finally, the Indian rupee is set at a buying rate of Rs 160 for 100 rupees and a selling rate of Rs 160.15. The Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised as necessary.
