Nine-year-old Akash Chaudhary, son of Shyam Chaudhary died while undergoing treatment in medical college, Bharatpur, said area police office, Khairahani. The accident had occurred after the boy fell down from the farm ploughing tractor.
Police have impounded the driver and the tractor.
Likewise, a motorcyclist died in a hearse and a motorcycle collision in Anbukhairani of Tanahun district last night. The deceased has been identified as Kumar Khatiwada, 22, of Dadhing district.
Seriously injured Khatiwada died while undergoing treatment in Bharatpur Medical College, said district police office, Tanahun.
Seriously injured pillion rider Bishnu Ale is being treated in the same hospital.
The hearse (Na 1 Ka 2086) was on its way to Gorkha from the capital and the motorcycle (Ga 1 Kha 9273) was heading towards Anbukhairani from Gorkha.
