KATHMANDU. Dec 31: Rajan Mukti group of Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (JTMM) has sent a letter to the government talks team, expressing its readiness to sit for dialogue, said Radio Kantipur. According to Jyoti Jha, a facilitator of the government’s talks with armed Madhesi groups, the armed outfit’s chief Rajan Mukti has decided to form a panel for the talks within three days and called for safety of its cadres during the talks as a precondition. Rajan Mukti’s group is third behind Jaya Krishna Goit and Jwala Singh factions in terms violent activities. The government has already held talks with Madhesi Virus Killers Party and Samyukta Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha.
