KATHMANDU, Dec 18: New Diamond Academy, Western Region and Nepal Police Club were victorious on Friday in the Dhorpatan Blue Sky Cup National Women's Double League Volleyball Tournament being held at New Bus Park in Kathmandu.

New Diamond beat departmental team Tribhuvan Army Club 25-20, 25-2, 25-19, Western recorded 25-9, 25-14, 25-11 win over Dhading Artists Club and Police defeated Everest School by 25-11, 25-11, 25-20.
Departmental Club APF, the only team that has won all 15 matches it played so far, is leading the table with 45 points, while New Diamond is in the second position with 36 points from 13 matches.
