Many friends and well wishers were present to support Nepal’s endeavor, his book, Nepal: Each Place A Holy Place. Himalaya Shamsher Rana, Dr Shom Khatiwada and L P Bhanu Sharma, Principal of Apex College, were present as chief guests of the event.[break]
Addressing the crowd, Nepal said, “I’ve been to 61 districts and this book has pictures and information regarding religious sites from 31 districts.”
He expressed his gratitude towards everyone who inspired and helped him. He, especially, thanked Kiran KC Shrestha of nepa~laya, Prof Dr Peshal Dahal, Madan Karki, Paras Nepal, Raveena Joshi and Navin Joshi, Dr Shom Khatiwada, Gunjan Dhakal, Binod Gwyawali and Rama Dahal by presenting them with a copy each of his photo book.

Dr Khatiwada said, “This is the first time anyone has made this kind of effort. Pictures are as important as words when it comes to giving information. Hence this book is very important.”
Commending Nepal’s work, Himalaya Shamsher Rana said, “I’ve always been interested in the architectural style of temple and I’ve visited many temples in Nepal and India. Nepal Tourism Board should have taken the responsibility to do something like this, for cultural and religious preservation.”
Nepal hinted at another volume of the book saying, “It might come out as my plan is to visit all 75 districts of Nepal.”
