The school was devastated by the April 25 earthquake. The students said that they themselves set up all the items in the school.

"Just donating these items would mean not knowing whether the items we donated would be utilized fully. So, we took the initiative to setup all the items in the school," the release issued by Subigya Upadhyaya, on behalf of the students, stated.

"First, we cleared the debris in the room, painted the room, carpeted the floor and made it ready to install all the above mentioned items," the release added. The group also said that motivational classes were also organized to make sure that the students get over fear which might inspire them to attend school regularly.
